KEYS is a free program; generous program donors ensure students can participate without cost being a deterrent. We do offer financial aid and/or resources to students that require assistance with associate costs such as meals while on campus, transportation costs, campus parking permit, CatCard, and technology needs.

The 2025 KEYS Family Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 6:00-7:00 pm via Zoom. Interns will be provided a registration link on the classroom D2L site to sign up for the zoom meeting link. 

The last day of the program. The 2025 KEYS Research Showcase will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm (9:00 am-10:30 am: poster session and 10:45 am-noon: closing ceremony) at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Innovation Building (HSIB) located at 1670 E. Drachman St. in Tucson, AZ. 

Please use Highland Avenue Garage for event parking (1240 N. Highland Avenue).

No, program absences are not permitted. Please schedule vacations and other events prior to or after KEYS program dates (June 2-July 18, 2025).
